Nice friendly staff. English menu available. Really enjoyed the current here and the atmosphere and decor was a bonus. They also have a selection of in house baked sweets as well. Highly recommended.

Vegetable and cheese curry was delicious. The blend 美 was also delicious, and the store was very friendly and I could hear various stories. I would like to come back again if I go to Nozawa.

Baked curry goodness... So good 😍🍛Light but delicious soft onsen egg wjth pickled vegetables and rice, hojicha lattes, orange peel chocolate cake and coconut banana cake. Love the cozy interior and the staff are so nice and welcoming.

Very cozy little shop ~ delicious food and drinks! The important thing is to have soy milk! 👍 I can drink latte and matcha again 喽 ☕️🍵😄YA! I can read the cat photography book while eating and it will be healed ❤️

Super nice cafe serving delicate black coffee and some very nice cakes. The hot food looked tasty. It's tucked away on a quiet street - good to stop by before or after seeing Ogama onsen and temples. Some nice views up this way as well.

It is a shop that was originally made by a husband who was operating a nearby ryokan. I know the city very well, and I am very skilled at how to use local ingredients. Recommended for those who want an old and new taste.

Amazing coffee and people

Absolutely delicious baked Japanese curry! One of the tastiest meals I’ve had in Japan! Thoughtfully decorated and very clean and cosy cafe. Cute inside and outside with lots of detail and thought. Fabulous collection of vintage Japanese toys, books and great old photos of local area. Simple small menu but would recommend coming here for lunch in Nozawa Onsen!

This is a cafe with a good atmosphere in front of the footbath.Is it a hangout place for neighboring madams?The table seats were full of regular people, but there is also a counter seat at the window so you can relax alone.There were a lot of accessories with a cat motif, and the waiting time for cooking was not boring.

A shop in front of the free footbath.I am very thankful that draft beer can take out, but off-season has many holidays.If you do not check in advance, it will be temporary closure with a high probability.I got hit by a third consecutive year and it is sad.

Super duper cute place with nice staff and cute collectibles all around the cafe. They also offer magazines to read while you have a yummy drink and eats.

It is a feeling that it is just right to feel that it is a little bit of a rice bowl filled with hot bean paste and a small bite.It was so delicious that the price was as good as 400 yen.I received Japanese sake, but it's very crap if I put ginger syrup (100 yen) and drink it! (∇ ∇))Body warmth, hot spring warmth ♪It was a warm place where I felt that foreigners who were on the notebook in the store would stay for many days.

This is a lovely place to hang out for delicious cake, coffee and cats (check out all the cat collectibles and a real cat there now). The best caramel latte to sip while thumbing through the cat books or bring your own book to have a quiet read there. Upslope from the Ogama Onsen, this cosy cafe might be a but hard to find but Nozawa Onsen is small so ask around and the locals will direct you.

Great atmosphere and interior decor! Great to get away from the Main Street. Difficult to find initially as it’s tucked away behind gift shops and up some steep stone stairs. The food is good, but you can only chose from 2 items for lunch, which we really liked (but depends on whether you like more choice).

New location for the well-loved Nappa Cafe 78. The BEST COFFEE in Nozawa Onsen, and they use actual crockery for their coffees, not disposable cups (which St Anton in the main village uses). Delicious cakes and hearty meals. This cute cafe is owner-operated by a husband and wife team, Jun-San and Naoko-San. So please check their opening hours before coming add they have to care for their elderly parents. The food and service is consistently good whenever I've been here over the last 4 years. Barista coffee, home made delicious meals, personal decor they designed and vintage collections and service with heart. They have a small menu because what they do, they do well. Love this place!

To all the chai latte lovers Nappa is the cafe for you. In our experience most cafes in Nozawa didn’t have chai lattes on their menu so this became a regular stop for us - always being welcomed back with a happy smile, fast service and quality hot beverages.

It is comfortable to spend relaxingly in a spacious restaurant after renovation, no other luxurious time.There are times when Wednesday regular holidays, Thursday are also taking a rest.

A hot spring tour during a light rain.I was able to meet a good shop with the intention of a little rain.I went there many times up close, but usually I didn't notice it.I'm overwhelmed.

Lunch and cafe are also good, but it is a shop where you can drink raw Heartland beer, atmosphere is good and you want to stay long.
